My final piece for the 2012 Art Show
i waited until the last minute to work on this, dumb idea!
it took me about a week and have only slept about 2 hours over the last 2 days
i finished this morning and the show is today!!
i can swear i'll never do something last minute again, but thinking about it, i know i will
i enjoyed the process it took to create this, all the energy it took me is now al over that canvas and it was worth it!

Today is the day
The end of the world
People are running and screaming
Buildings are collapsing
Everything is burning
Everyone is regretting
Otherworldly creatures spread chaos
Flying saucers fill the sky
The red lights of their weapons scream pain
Our resistance is finally futile
They are invulnerable to all our offenses
The last glimmer of hope flutters away
Visions of the future
Depictions of the end
